update go dependencies

Summary

• Upgrade google.golang.org/grpc from v1.84.0 to v1.85.0-dev.0.20260825072537-93e31b48545e.
• Bump the Kubernetes client modules from v0.37.0 to v0.37.1, plus the indirect modules that move with them.
• Refresh deployahVendorHash so the Nix build matches go.sum.
