Adds 12 German/Austrian nobility and ecclesiastical titles sourced from PR #101 (skurzinz), skipping the duplicate curly-quote variants already present: edler, erzbischof, fräulein, freifrau, freiherr, fürst, fürsterzbischof, großfürst, herzog, prinz, reichsgraf, ritter.
