Updates Queue for CakePHP 6 and PHP 8.5, including Bake 4, PHPUnit 13 and CI. Migrates commands, the DI container namespace, routing, configuration, entity properties, hydration and interval handling. Renames worker heartbeat updates to heartbeat() because the ORM now defines update(), and removes primary keys when cloning jobs so clones create new rows. Updates admin templates to the new escaping option.
Development dependencies use upstream branches and require the CakePHP 6 migrations for Tools, Shim, IDE Helper, Templating and Search to merge. Related PRs: dereuromark/cakephp-shim#133, dereuromark/cakephp-ide-helper#483 and dereuromark/cakephp-templating#21. Tools: dereuromark/cakephp-tools#341. No fork repositories are added to Composer. Uses php-collective/dto directly for the DTO interface tests and runs PHPStan without the CakeDC extension, whose current dependency constraint requires CakePHP 5.
Validation of the current merged development code: 255 tests and 976 assertions on SQLite, with eight environment skips; PHPStan level 8 and coding standards pass. The legacy timeout configuration test intentionally emits its deprecation warning. Latest CakePHP 5 fixes are included, and host redirect tests now use CakePHP 6 event results.
