Hi, I'm Devanshu Pathak 👋

Software Engineer | Backend • Distributed Systems • AI

I'm a graduate of IIT Kharagpur (B.Tech + M.Tech) with 3+ years of experience building production-grade software. I work on backend systems and AI-powered applications - application architecture, data layers, distributed services, and production infrastructure - and I enjoy designing scalable, reliable systems. I'm equally interested in what happens beneath the surface: operating systems, networking, embedded systems, and computer architecture. Right now, I'm going deeper into C and learning Rust through hands-on low-level projects.

For fun, I solve CTF and Hack The Box challenges (writeups) and occasionally write about software engineering and systems on Medium.
