Closing this PR because ESLint 10.11.0 conflicts with eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y@6.10.2, which supports ESLint only through version 9. This causes dependency installation to fail in CI.

We’ll keep ESLint 9 for now and revisit the upgrade when compatible plugin versions are available.
