Provides full developer ergonomics for local onboarding and reproducible development databases:
data/sample/sample.sql): 10 distinct hackathon projects, 20 smart contracts across Soroban/Rust/WASM, mock deployment events, and simulated audit/parser failure transactions.scripts/load_sample.py): Automatically provisions SQLite/Postgres schemas and seeds sample records on empty database tables with--forcereset capability.scripts/dump_sample.py): Utility to export updated dev databases back todata/sample/sample.sql.docker-compose.yml): Adds one-shotseedservice chained before theapiservice for single-commanddocker compose upreadiness.docs/local-dev.md): Complete 5-command onboarding guide.apps/api/tests/test_sample_data.py): Verifies schema integrity, seed ingestion, idempotent loading, and non-empty project tables.Verification
