Summary of changes

• Initial skeleton files for DevOpsDays Los Angeles 2027 (April 2, 2027)
• Event co-located with SCALE 24x at Pasadena Convention Center
• 6 organizers: Bryna Kirzner, Jordan Schwartz, Ilan Rabinovitch, Omar Alva, Rich Horace, Jay Cui
• Registration, Program, and Speakers menu items commented out (TBD)
• Venue link points to visitpasadena.com/convention-center/ (placeholder)
• Copied static assets (logos, banners, organizer photos) from 2025
• Updated static/_redirects to point /los-angeles/* to 2027-los-angeles

Tested

• Local hugo server renders without errors
• All pages load correctly (welcome, about, propose, registration, sponsor, volunteer, conduct, contact)
• Organizer photos display correctly
• Nav links work as expected
