AGENTS.md keeps the rules, conventions and commands, and points to docs/ for the design.
Each subject now lives in one docs/ file with its reasons and gotchas, merging the former findings.
Archived plans, the IGDB notes and TODO.md are removed, their still-valid content moved into the subject files and open items into the backlog.
Code comments referencing moved or deleted documents point to the new files.

One sentence per line, no dashes standing in for punctuation, no history, shorter sentences.
Stale claims corrected against the code, such as the default video game provider, link escalation in every domain, and the provider failure status.
Comments only: stripping comments from each file yields the same code as before.

Comment lines over 180 characters are split at clause boundaries in src, test, scripts and the razor comments.
The scripts, .editorconfig and Taskfile comments follow the repository writing style.
Docs correct the journal and import facts, the NavIcon reference, and record the Google Books intitle finding and the background reference test leak.

Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi 10.x requires Microsoft.OpenApi below 3.0, and Verify 33 fails the build with a SponsorCheck licensing gate while no test used it.

Dropping an index of a collection that does not exist yet answers NamespaceNotFound (26), which stopped the first run at book_reference.

An automatic match shows a provider outage only as a missing link, since the background match is fire-and-forget and a degraded Google Books answers 200 with no volume.
The match now logs a provider answering no candidate, the test host records it with the provider failures, and the cases expecting a link skip on either.
UpstreamFailure holds what counts as a provider failure, shared by the API's 502 and the tests.

… the scan never read

The container scan fails on any high or critical vulnerability with a fix, whatever max-high-cves and max-medium-cves said, and no longer declares them.

…t app.css holds no !important

Sonar reports every !important (css:S9423).
Bootstrap's state rules read the variables, so the hover, pressed, focus and disabled states follow the theme with no specificity fight.
The phone and desktop captures of MobileScreenshotTest match the previous rendering, except for the car mileage warning row, whose highlight in CarDetail.razor.css the !important table cell background was hiding.
The outline button variants and button.nav-link were used nowhere, and the .kt-sheet-table cell padding never applied, so they are removed rather than rewritten.

…clude the Razor S8970 false positives there

The scanner for .NET never reads a sonar-project.properties, so the settings file reaches it through the sonar-settings-file input of the workflow parts at 6e10190.
The S8970 issues in Razor files were resolved by hand in SonarCloud, and a change to the file now triggers the analysis.
