Adds RowShield to Extensions and Tools.
RowShield checks a Supabase deployment, which serves PostgreSQL through PostgREST, from the outside for tables and storage that anonymous callers can read. The probe is free and read-only; paid plans add scheduled checks of row-level security policies and drift.
