Fixes switches on Team and Enterprise sign-ins and on machines with managed settings.

There, Claude Code's built-in guard keeps the session-start event from installed mods. In 1.3.0, /clear and an in-app /resume then kept showing the inbox of the conversation that ended, and new messages went into it.

• The inbox follows the switch. High Command now notices the new conversation at its next event. After /clear, the inbox starts empty. After a /resume of a conversation that ended in the same process, its inbox comes back. Any other /resume starts empty.
• New messages go to the new conversation. A message, a send, or a press after the switch changes only the new conversation's inbox. A press on a drawing made before the switch does nothing.
• The status line follows too. It shows the new conversation's count after every switch, with or without the guard.
• On those sign-ins, /branch starts with an empty inbox, because High Command cannot tell a branch from a resume there. Elsewhere, a branch still keeps its parent's inbox.

Update: claude plugin update high-command@high-command, then start a new session or run /reload-plugins.
