### EFCore.ComplexIndexes

Adds migrations support for indexes on properties of complex types, which EF Core 10 cannot index. Includes composite, unique, filtered and descending indexes, with PostgreSQL (GIN/GiST, expression indexes, exclusion and temporal constraints) and SQL Server (clustered, covering, online) options. For EF Core: 10.
