Document the fixed CLI export writer and remaining producer limits #391
Description
Delivered in PR #392, merge 3a515d6108a0078f2dea819597d2ebbca1833437. Exact all-locale checks, artifact build, actual Pages deployment and all eight live guides/metadata/navigation/mobile acceptance pass. Only the Website follow-through is complete; Core #912 and Server #692 remain product-owned.
Focused all-eight-locale writer/integrity guidance for the published CLI correction in Workflow #912, as requested after its actual release receipts.
Product review: Workflow 2.11.4 delivers the artisan CLI writer correction for whole/nested floats and signed zero. The normal installed four-case receipt passes 56 assertions without replacing checksums or overlaying source; the published profile independently passes all 17 jobs. Scope is the existing testing/replay guide in English and all seven other locales:
- Name the installed 2.11.4 CLI writer minimum and composer.lock/actual-producer boundary.
- Describe the compact/pretty waiting/completed writer qualification accurately as producer/integrity acceptance, retaining the candidate replay/promotion gate.
- Keep old lossy bundles invalid; require an authoritative re-export rather than coercing values or replacing checksums/versions.
- Distinguish Server images, their bundled CLI and HTTP producers. Server #692's pin/image/installed-consumer delivery is separate and remains unqualified; the Core tag alone does not fix those artifacts.
- Synchronize all seven source hashes and existing code examples; qualify exact head, publish actual Pages and verify eight live guides/links/metadata/mobile before delivery.
This does not close Core #912 or Server #692, promote a tuple, or claim native/Cloud adoption. No broader documentation batch is included.

composer.lock, and describe the normal installed compact/pretty × waiting/completed qualification as writer/integrity evidence. Old lossy JSON remains invalid; authoritative re-export is required. The existing candidate replay and promotion gate remains in force. Server images, their bundled CLI and HTTP producers retain the separate Server #692 pin/image/installed-consumer boundary.Validation:
91763c9a4ba5eed96bdc2f3145d6f4b27d82f440./docs/testing/routes return HTTP 200. Producer/replay tokens, both section navigation targets, the installed receipt and Server issue links, each canonical URL and all nine language-alternate targets pass. English, Japanese and Chinese at 390px were inspected in light and dark themes with no document overflow.The release authority remains the normal installed four-case / 56-assertion receipt and 17-job published profile, both final PASS. This completes only the Website guidance: Core #912 and Server #692 product delivery/closure remain separate. No broader tuple promotion, HTTP image fix, old-bundle repair, native or Cloud adoption is claimed.
