Purpose
Serve the JSON schema bundled by durable-workflow/cli#58 for the new read-only Nexus
service-call:describecommand, tracked in durable-workflow/cli#57 and durable-workflow/workflow#753.This adds one static resolver file. Its bytes exactly match the CLI schema and manifest digest
b9058cb4e958c8717676ec68aae46f0710751711249c32249bb021cacb344f3d. Existing resolver files, retained manifests and the current platform catalog are unchanged. The new command's bundled manifest supplies this resolver URL.Exact source60db428ca3 has all applicable Website checks PASS and is merged at6c3d59da. Source deployment39095124190 and actual Pages publication39095430472 both pass. The live resolver URL returns the exact declared digestb9058cb4. No product behavior, package version or feature advertisement is changed.
