Workflow 2.11.3 is now published, so the activity compatibility guide needs to identify its embedded PHP guard. All eight locales name 2.11.3 as the fixed minimum, retain the affected 2.11.2 warning and historical SDK failure table, and explain typed refusal before the body and recovery through the activity's recorded attempts, backoff and deadlines.
Refs #363 and Workflow #910's installed cold-process acceptance: five fresh PHP processes / 52 assertions on the published exact package. One-attempt refusal and authored two-attempt recovery preserve the same original input. Both 2.11.2 counterfactuals remain failures. This evidence belongs to the product owner; this PR does not claim a new independent runtime run.
All seven reviewed-source hashes and executable-example parity checks pass locally. Exact-head all-locale CI and all other checks passed; merged as
8510665af4fdc9aa2aff8ca7df27ca6708cd7440. Actual Pages/live-guide verification remains. No terminal reopening, restored attempts, extended deadlines, Server/native adoption or stable-tuple promotion is claimed. Existing service SDK baselines and result-reader fallback guidance remain intact. The Core 2.11.3 published profile is now terminal SUCCESS: all 17 jobs, including all 16 Laravel/PHP upgrade cells. Package source/dist remain exact
71213ae1; the installed cold-process receipt is unchanged. No Core-profile wait remains. Sample #275 consumer/main/image qualification is separate.
