Release Python SDK 2.9.0
The identity API from #194 is merged at fa13019, exact qualified candidate tree 0c4d9523b2c505622aa1c0cf30ca1a03e40fc661. Every candidate check passes, including the actual integration job and Sonar with zero open findings. Its completed head is deleted and absence verified. The initial missing-corpus candidate remains failed.
This release changes only the package version, product-train/registry metadata and changelog. No dependency, protocol, Server compatibility or runtime-source change. Read-only workflow/run identities are an additive API, so this is a compatible minor release.
Normal exact-source release checks remain required. After the immutable protected PyPI publisher: verify wheel/sdist identity, normally install the package, prove first-task/cold replay/continue-as-new identity against the published Server, and update the website Python guide in all eight languages. Issue #193 remains open through that acceptance.
