Changes
Part of durable-workflow/durable-workflow.github.io#361. Document rounding at
ActivityRetryPolicy's fractional initial/maximum interval parameters and in its
generated API reference. Explicit backoff lists and start_timer use integer
seconds; sleep accepts fractions and rounds up. HTTP transport retries retain
their separate contract.
Only documentation and the class docstring change. Package versions,
dependencies and runtime statements remain unchanged. All 18 candidate checks
pass, with zero OPEN/CONFIRMED Sonar findings. Normally merged as
3dd5cf5f,preserving qualified tree
dc2cd53b. Portal 39887915660 passes; the actual auditmatches this exact source, and both parameter/class references are live.
This documentation deployment does not publish PyPI 2.9.1.
