Inline a tiny color helper (fancy-log inspect/TTY pattern) so red/cyan message formatting works without an extra npm dependency. Fixes gulpjs#24 Co-authored-by: David <dyk1454683243-sudo@users.noreply.github.com>

npm test: 30 passing.
