Description

This PR updates and improves the Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) translations in django.po and recompiles django.mo.

Summary of changes:

  • Fix syntax: Removed a rogue character in django.po that broke msgfmt compilation.
  • Fix inverted meanings & typos:
    • Fixed incorrect translations where "may not be" was translated as "pode não" instead of "não pode" (e.g., empty selection, empty list/dict, null/blank fields).
    • Fixed typos in file validation (vázio -> vazio, tenho -> tenha).
    • Corrected Ordering in filter templates from gerund (Ordenando) to noun (Ordenação).
    • Fixed URL match to standard Django terminology (correspondência de URL).
    • Fixed unique set translation to conjunto único.
  • Clarity & technical consistency:
    • Improved HTTP authentication headers terminology for Basic and Token authentication (Formato do cabeçalho Basic/Token inválido).
    • Improved HTTP 429 throttling message from the misleading "Pedido foi suprimido." to "O limite de requisições foi excedido.".
    • Fixed TimeField error message to refer to time/hour (hora) instead of weather/time passage (tempo).
    • Standardized impersonal passive voice across mismatch messages (Esperava-se...).
  • Compilation:
    • Recompiled rest_framework/locale/pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/django.mo with msgfmt (125 translated messages, 0 errors, 0 warnings).
