Bundles neqsim-3.27.0.jar from https://github.com/equinor/neqsim/releases/tag/v3.27.0 (SHA-256 99abe878ff58bd90d6ad3242b2d0cdb6808d1300efbf2226c6a91eef4e2265a1, equal to the release asset's digest). Same files as the 3.26.0 bump (equinor#360); the Java stubs and API manifest are left for the generate-stubs workflow. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

NeqSim 3.27.0 was released on 2026-10-31 (https://github.com/equinor/neqsim/releases/tag/v3.27.0); PyPI still has 3.26.0. Same file set as the 3.26.0 bump (#360).

It is the release asset, SHA-25699abe878ff58bd90d6ad3242b2d0cdb6808d1300efbf2226c6a91eef4e2265a1(matches the GitHub asset digest and.github/neqsim-engine.sha256).pyproject.toml,uv.lock,environment.ymlandconda/meta.yaml(condasha256is updated after the PyPI sdist exists).src/neqsim/data/neqsim_api.json.gzregenerated (2582 classes);component_names.pyunchanged (187 components).docs/release-notes/v3.27.0.mdadded.tests/test_NeqSim.py: the expected SRK methane/water gas enthalpy is updated from 1079.8561270889 to 1079.7110727588 J. Composition and Z are identical on 3.26.0 and 3.27.0; the change comes from neqsim#4568 (Component.getCpD()no longer adds1e-10), which shifts ideal-gas Cp slightly. Viscosity is unchanged.Local run: 56 passed. Java stubs (
