Vitest 5 declares support only for Node ^22.12.0 || ^24.0.0 || >=26.0.0, while this package still advertises Node >=20.19.0 and .github/workflows/nodejs-test.yml explicitly runs npm run test:vi on Node 20. Consequently the minimum-supported-runtime CI job installs and invokes an unsupported test runner and can fail instead of validating Node 20; either retain Vitest 4 or raise the project engine and remove Node 20 from the matrix.
