Code Review
This pull request updates the Firebase BoM version from 34.15.0 to 34.16.0 across multiple module build configurations. Additionally, it bumps the firebaseAi version to 17.14.0, firebase-installations to 19.1.2, and the KSP plugin version to 2.3.10. I have no feedback to provide.
