Projects can refresh and search version-pinned pyfly and larafly knowledge while retaining the source versions and retrieval evidence used by earlier work.

Task continuation now distinguishes an unclaimed ticket from a worker whose provider request was rejected before admission. The latter has a separate policy, disabled by default. An authorized administrator must review the exact provider evidence and four acknowledgements before continuing the same request and checkpoint. Spent budgets, prior failures and tool history remain intact. The execution journal presents this review and its counters in readable fields, with the complete technical record collapsed.

Validation on the integrated source:

  • 147 PostgreSQL cases across twelve disjoint cohorts; all owned sessions, schemas and processes closed.
  • Native executor matrix: 235 supported cases and 15 diagnostic cases, with 251 controlled exchanges and no real model calls.
  • 132 affected backend tests; Ruff, formatting and mypy pass.
  • 696 Studio tests; types, lint, formatting and build pass.
  • 92 canonical capture cases regenerate 562 documentation images; source and image provenance, strict documentation build and 20 support checks pass.
  • The source configuration check and all eleven standalone build/install checks pass.

This PR remains a draft while the installed configuration check and the retained CRM workflow through GitHub complete acceptance. Those controlled tests do not establish CRM delivery or live provider acceptance. CI is running for 7991dc6.
