Preserve the supported SQLAlchemy 2.0.50 minimum while retaining locked 2.1.6, and prepare pyfly 26.10.11. The original requirement-only increase excluded supported 2.0 applications without changing the locked dependency; existing compatibility tests and the migration contract caught it.

Use Dependabot lockfile-only project updates, retaining the separate pip documentation updater and existing SDK/feature-flag compatibility bounds. Refresh both sample locks against the current framework so documented locked installs work. Include the reviewed dependency metadata from #196 and book PyYAML change from #197, update installation examples and both book editions, and keep Pydantic AI 2.59.0 / Monty 0.0.23.

Validation: existing SQLAlchemy floor tests reproduced the original failure and pass with the correction; migration and distribution metadata contracts, all three lock freshness checks, and a consumer install resolution at SQLAlchemy 2.0.50 pass. Fresh locked Lumen and native book companion installs pass. Both Python 3.12 and 3.13 full suites pass 12,067 tests each (six existing skips); strict mypy passes 1,026 files per interpreter, Ruff passes 2,164 files, eight fresh wheel/sdist installation lanes pass, and 16 real local Ollama tests pass per interpreter. Documentation checks cover 109 generated pages and 51,298 links; 91 book tests, both listing checks and rebuilt EN/ES PDF/EPUB review pass. GitHub CI additionally qualifies Linux SQLAlchemy 2.0, installed webapp/browser and sample lanes before merge.

The previous uv updater payload reported no effective strategy. Configuration is verified separately from the next actual updater job; inspect that job for lockfile-only: true before claiming operational adoption.

Updates the requirements on [sqlalchemy[asyncio]](https://github.com/sqlalchemy/sqlalchemy) to permit the latest version.
