acp: an agent's writes to an open document are credited to it - #15

A file the agent writes into an open document (`fs/write_text_file`, through `text.write`) is now recorded as that chat's agent's step (`sdk.Author`, fizzyedit/fizzy#474/#475), labelled with the name the agent gave in `initialize` (`agentInfo`), rather than as the person's. Update 2026-10-18: main moved to Zig 0.17 and SDK 0.2.30 (#16), merged in here; the repin below is now main's. What this PR adds is crediting the agent's document writes.
