dart-bridge 1.4.1 adds armeabi-v7a binaries for Python 3.13/3.14. Bump the manifest so the next date-keyed release advertises it to serious_python / flet.

After merge, re-publish the
20260629date-keyed release (dispatchbuild-python.ymlwithrelease_date=20260629) so the publishedmanifest.jsonasset carriesdart_bridge_version: 1.4.1. Keeping the same date avoids moving the pin in dart-bridge / serious_python / flet. serious_python then regenerates its snapshot to pick up 1.4.1.
