Upload failures showed a generic toast, hiding whether a file was too large, wrong format, or corrupt. Now: server error text (too large / JPEG-PNG-WebP only / invalid image) is thrown through and shown per file, plus a client-side 10MB pre-check naming the oversized files. No behavior change to the pipeline. Verified: tsc, vite build.
