The change adds a Holmes listing on the third-party integrations index and two redirects onto that page. The plan checks that listing, those redirect responses, integrations 404s, and client errors. An issue escalates when integrations 404s rise or client errors rise.

What changed

Requests to /integrations/holmes/ and /organization/integrations/holmes/ now send a permanent redirect to /integrations/third-party-integrations/.
The third-party integrations index now lists Holmes.
sentry-docs must deploy before this change is live.
The Vercel production report maps Production to sentry-docs, and the catalog names that same id.
develop-docs does not ship this change. The new routes sit in userDocsRedirects only.

Risk

A wrong redirect source can steal another integrations URL and send readers to the index.
A broken line on that index can fail the page render.
The new sources are exact paths, so sibling integration routes should hold.
redirects.js feeds every user-docs redirect. A syntax error fails the build and does not ship.

Intended effect

The new listing and the two redirects are the intended effect. Absent means the index still loads while Holmes is missing, or the Holmes paths still 404.

Not observable

Next.js permanent redirects do not emit Sentry spans. Sibling path /integrations/fml/ was also 0 in the same 24h window, so a 301 cannot be confirmed from traces.
docs.page.not_found runs in client JS. The live Holmes URL 404s while that metric stayed 0, so crawler 404s are missed.
No hourly series was read. Share bands use one 24h sample from 2026-10-07T16:21:27Z to 2026-10-08T16:21:27Z.
Traces sample at 30%. Pageload transaction names collapse to /:path*?, so path checks must use url.path.
