Adds the DONVI108 research skill, which provides free self-service scholarly paper and DOI discovery using Crossref public metadata through REST or MCP.
The skill explains registration, credential storage, quotas, provenance and optional feedback tied to an actual result. It treats returned metadata as untrusted candidate references and does not grant private EIO access or authorize purchases.
