The repositor(ies) under the backup-cioni account reproduce these source files verbatim, without authorization. The copying is demonstrable because the version history of the infringing repositories contains [private] [private] original commits (author [private]) and those of [private] organization ([private]) — 90 original-authored commits embedded — in addition to commits by the infringer renaming the brand ("rebrand Quantic→Provai") and removing [private] reference from the code ("remove [private]"). This is not an independent, similar work, but a reproduction of [private] original repository.
