+1. THE COPYRIGHTED WORK

+The work is proprietary and has never been published in readable source form. It is distributed exclusively as a FiveM Escrow-protected build. [private] own source repository, [private], is private and has never been public. I can grant your team access to it on request so the two can be compared directly.  
+
+The licence under which the resource is sold does not permit redistribution, publication, or removal of the protection mechanism.  
+
+2. THE INFRINGING MATERIAL

+I allege that the entire contents of this repository infringe, not a subset of files. The repository is an unauthorised derivative of [private] work: it appears to be [private] escrow-protected build that has been decompiled and machine-rewritten into readable source, reproducing the complete structure, logic, function set, configuration schema and feature behaviour of [private] resource.  
+
+The account appears to have been created for the sole purpose of publishing this material and hosts no other original content.  
+
+I am not aware of any forks of this repository at the time of writing. I have not investigated any forks and make no claim as to them.

+3. CIRCUMVENTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROTECTION MEASURES  
+
+(a) What the technical measure is: FiveM Escrow, the official code-protection system provided by Cfx.re for commercially sold FiveM resources. It encrypts the resource's source files, which are decrypted at runtime by the FiveM server only for accounts holding a valid licence.  
+
+(b) How it controls access: A customer who purchases [private] resource receives only the escrow-encrypted build. They can run it on a licensed server, but the source code is not readable, extractable, or modifiable. There is no legitimate route by which a purchaser obtains readable source, and [private] have never distributed readable source through any channel.  
+
+(c) How the accused project circumvents it: The repository contains readable source code of [private] resource. Because readable source has never been released by me and cannot be obtained from an escrow-protected build through any permitted use, producing this repository necessarily required defeating the escrow encryption in order to extract and then decompile the protected code. The published result is that circumvented code.  
+
+4. HOW THE USER CAN REMEDY THE INFRINGEMENT  
+
+The infringement covers the whole repository and cannot be cured by attribution or by editing individual files. The only remedy is deletion of the repository in its entirety, along with any copies or redistributions of the material elsewhere on GitHub.
