Update GitHub Pages navigation instructions

Updated the GitHub Pages instructions to reflect the current GitHub repository settings sidebar. Specifically, the instructions now refer to “Code, planning, and automation” instead of the outdated “Code and automation” section when navigating to Pages.

This update applies to the following documentation pages:

• Deleting a GitHub Pages site
• Configuring a publishing source for your GitHub Pages site
• Securing your GitHub Pages site with HTTPS
• Other related GitHub Pages documentation, as applicable.

Thanks @subatoi for handling that! I’m not an Enterprise user, so I wasn’t able to verify the GHES behavior myself. Otherwise, I would have been happy to make that change as well.😊
