Why this collection should be curated

Hyderabad is one of India's largest software hubs and home to IIIT Hyderabad, IIT Hyderabad, and the Swecha free software movement, but its open source work has no collection. The 15 items were created in the city or are materially maintained by developers based there: gitolite, Wav2Lip, rooks, mobx.dart, SARAL, DIGIPIN, ComicGen, Questgen, Telugu language tooling, and Swecha's community platforms. Each entry has a verifiable Hyderabad origin or maintainer link. I left out global companies' local offices and proprietary Hyderabad-born products, so the collection reflects work actually built here rather than a city directory.

The image is a 300x300 PNG (8.7 kB) using a pearl motif, a reference to Hyderabad's nickname, the City of Pearls.

The lint and collections jobs are failing in ruby/setup-ruby before any tests run: Error: Unavailable version 3.4.1 for ruby on ubuntu-26.04. The test (all) job, which does run, passes. I validated locally that the collection has 15 existing items, a 460-character body, 300x300 PNG (8.7 kB), and valid front matter. Happy to rebase or adjust once the runner image issue is resolved.
