Recompiles every lock file so workflows actually run the versions #74389 made the default.

Why: #74389 bumped DefaultFirewallVersion to AWF v0.29.6 and gh-aw-mcpg to v0.5.2 but didn't recompile any lock files, so 354 of 355 locks on main still pin AWF 0.29.5 and gh-aw-mcpg v0.5.0. Agentic Maintenance reports the drift on #68785 ("Workflows are still out of sync", 3 Nov). AWF v0.29.6 includes gh-aw-firewall#11005, which stops routed runs failing with exit 78 (provider_unavailable) after a recovered 503 or a client-aborted final request (gh-aw-firewall#11002, gh-aw#74156). Those false failures hit about 1 in 8 routed PR-review runs (Matt Pocock, Ponytail) and five Go Test Parallelizer runs on 3 Nov.

Change: output of make recompile on main at b1fe1b4dbc, lock files only. Every changed line is the version bump: GH_AW_INFO_AWF_VERSION, install_awf_binary.sh v0.29.6, the AWF agent/api-proxy/squid/cli-proxy/router image pins, and gh-aw-mcpg v0.5.2. No workflow source, compiler or behavior changes. After this, recompiling main gives no drift.

#74389 bumped the default AWF and MCP gateway versions without recompiling, so
354 lock files still pinned AWF 0.29.5 and gh-aw-mcpg v0.5.0. Generated by
make recompile on main; no source changes.
