Move desktop downloads to a custom domain #40
Description
Move to a custom download domain before wider stable distribution. The current public R2 development URL is rate-limited and intended for development traffic.
Preserve the signed feed, immutable archive URLs, retained old images, and feed cache behavior described in the desktop update procedure.

There's no fixed URL for the latest stable DMG, because the asset names include the version (
ace-stable-0.0.23-macos-arm64.dmg), soreleases/latest/download/<name>doesn't work. The landing site's download button looks up the asset through the GitHub releases API and falls back to the releases page if that fails. When downloads move to a custom domain, a stable…/stable/macos-arm64/latest.dmgpath (or a redirect) would give links a permanent target.
