- Decouple `AndroidDeviceConfig` from `SimulatorConfig`, replace `AndroidEnvConfig.simulator` with `AndroidEnvConfig.device`, remove unused `CoordinatorError` / `TooManyRestartsError` / `SimulatorError` from `components/errors.py`, and update remaining `"simulator"` comments to `"device"`. - Move `action_type.py` from `android_env/components/` to `android_env/rl/action_type.py`. - Remove `__init__.py` files and top-level re-exports in favor of PEP 420 namespace packages and direct subpackage imports. - Move `dm-env>=1.6` into the optional `rl` extra (`pip install "android-env[rl]"`) in `pyproject.toml` and `BUILD.bazel`.
