Not trivial, leaving for a human. babel-plugin-react-compiler rc.3 tightens the React Compiler and Build now fails on a compiler diagnostic (Cannot access refs during render), which process.exit(1)s the build. Needs source changes to satisfy the new compiler rules, not just the version bump.
