tkinter compatibility

The setup does not import tkinter correctly, I messed with file, warn and popup, but cannot locate tk_lib

fixing operators and display syntax to enable tkinter compatibility

reinstalling Tkinter, requires some work with upstream packages

Looking to use GRO2LAM to bring metal solids into my md sims

Hi @argus1,

Could you improve your description. Because I cannot reproduce the issue.
In my experience, the setup installs all needed packages, in vanilla Ubuntu (16 and 18).
Why are you messing with the files?, once downloaded GRO2LAM I can easily find tk_lib

Hi Hernan, I got the splash screen in debian stretch, but I run gromacs on another Linux flavor, moving files around is not a big problem right now, but could be if I have to adjust my sim files on LAMMPS and reconvert frequently. Thanks
