Add the corresponding repository (hexpm/hexpm, hexpm/hex, hexpm/bob) next to each product and component option in the issue templates to help guide contributors and clarify issue routing. Note: In July 2026, hexpm/diff, hexpm/preview, and hexpm/hexdocs were archived and further development moved into hexpm/hexpm.
Reduce redundant options by grouping components under their respective active repository (hexpm/hexpm, hexpm/hex, hexpm/bob) in the format 'repo: description'.

hexpm/hexpmanyway, this is a suggestion to use arepo: descriptionformat instead of flooding prospective contributors with options. I can easily drop this commit if preferred.Considering the low volume of issues overall, I'm not even sure that dropdown is worth it, as it might drive people away from reporting an issue if they find it too inconvenient.
