…code-scanning #338/#339 - "Why must it wait for me?": an epic whose every piece was merged sat open waiting for a person to answer "can it be closed?". The brief now lists the board's open umbrella tickets (labelled for a person) with their text; the Orchestrator agent may close one once its scope is fully delivered, posting what was delivered (reopen to undo). Other tickets still need a person's answer before the agent closes them. - cs/linq/missed-where (#338, #339): the null-safe loops from #337 filter their sequences explicitly instead.
