### Changed

- **`hotdata>=0.10.0`** (from `>=0.8.0`) and **`hotdata-framework>=0.14.1`** (from `>=0.13.0`).
The two move together: every framework release before 0.14.1 caps `hotdata` below 0.10, so
raising only the SDK floor would advertise a pair that cannot be installed side by side.
0.14.1 accepts `hotdata<0.12`. The SDK APIs that 0.11.0 retired (secrets, refresh, connection
types, connection health) are not used by this package, and the suite passes at the new floor.
