feat(web): Svelte web UI + name-storage refactor, branch labels, profiler (v2.2.7)

Tóm tắt

• Web UI (Svelte): crate codegraph-web nhúng SPA qua rust-embed (allow_missing), phục vụ làm fallback của server GraphQL. Asset build bởi CI/release, không commit.
• Name storage: persist name engine vào dataset riêng (names.lmdb/names.sqlite) + version stamp → mở lại index bỏ qua rebuild trie; gộp name_records + sorted_name_keys thành một Vec.
• Branch labels trong flow(); profiler stage (CGPROF).
• Source: DiskGit trait cho diff/origin simulate.
• CI/Release: build web asset rồi wire vào tất cả job Rust (clippy/test/slim, deb/rpm, Homebrew, AUR source).
• Bump version 2.2.7.

Kiểm thử

• cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings ✅
• cargo test -p codegraph-graph --all-features → 124 pass (4 Redis cần server) ✅
• codegraph-web compile + test với folder assets rỗng/thiếu ✅
