🚨 Bug: Wrong project name "What it is" mined from README H1

The top-up tool took the project name from the README's first H1, but that heading is literally # What it is (a section title, not a name) — the real project is "LucidScript". As a result {{PROJECT_NAME}} was filled with the string "What it is" everywhere. Because the value contains spaces it breaks machine-parseable contexts: .guix-channel and guix.scm now contain (name 'What it is) and URLs like https://github.com/hyperpolymath/What it is (invalid Scheme symbols / broken URLs that fail guix pull/guix build); .devcontainer/Containerfile has podman build -t What it is-dev and WORKDIR /workspaces/What it is (broken command / unquoted path); docs/attribution/CITATIONS.adoc emits invalid BibTeX keys @software{What it is_2026, and broken clone URLs. It also produces nonsensical prose ("Threat Model: What it is", "governance model for What it is"). The PR claims "Nothing here invents a value" — but this is worse than a placeholder: it's a confidently wrong value baked into build, packaging, and citation metadata. This token should have been left unfilled (or set to "LucidScript"/"lucidscript") rather than "What it is".

Set the project name to LucidScript/lucidscript rather than the mis-read "What it is" H1, then regenerate the substitutions.:
