The macOS prepublish smoke has failed twice before plugin execution because the upstream installer queries GitHub releases/latest without authentication. Resolve that version in a separate token-scoped step, validate it, then install that exact version in a step with no GitHub token. Remove the incorrect installer path export. Verified with formatting, build, Bun tests (206 passing), and Vitest (206 passing). This unblocks publishing the already-merged 0.11.0 release.
