Version bump for the dependency refresh merged in #8.

Minor rather than major, deliberately. The peer floor moved from >=8.0.0-rc.8 to >=8.0.0-rc.9, and a raised peer floor can break a consumer's install — which normally argues for a major. It is minor here because the peer names a release candidate: treating every rc-floor bump as breaking would put this package on a treadmill of 3.0.0, 4.0.0, 5.0.0 as rc.10 and rc.11 land, and the major that matters is 8.0.0 going final.

The one consequence for consumers: anyone pinned to @prisma/orm-postgres@8.0.0-rc.8 must move to rc.9 to take 2.2.0. Nothing in this package requires rc.9 — the suite passes against rc.8 — so staying on 2.1.0 remains a working option for them.
