Both ChainSnap index subdomains (ink and ink.t snapshots) return NXDOMAIN, so NODE_TYPE=archive currently fails at 'Failed to resolve latest snapshot'. Update the runbook: drop the dead domains from the reachability checklist, note the outage in the archive troubleshooting section, and point at Alchemy's Ink snapshots (both networks) as an alternative source.

Both ChainSnap index subdomains (ink and ink.t snapshots) return NXDOMAIN (verified via Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS; the ChainSnap service itself is still up for other chains), so NODE_TYPE=archive currently fails at 'Failed to resolve latest snapshot'. This updates the runbook: drops the dead domains from the reachability checklist, notes the outage in the archive troubleshooting section, and points at Alchemy's Ink snapshots (both networks) as an alternative source.
