Add AR0234.IPU75XA.bin graph settings, AR0234_GRBG_1280_960_PTL.IPU75XA.aiqb tuning, and ar0234.json/ ar0234-a.json/ar0234-b.json sensor configs for the 1280x960 (960p) mode on IPU75XA, and register ar0234, ar0234-a-0 and ar0234-b-2 in libcamhal_configs.json.
