ca660c6 force-set ze_loader's CRT to /MD (release) on Windows to match the always-/MD sycl runtime, but missed the level-zero loader's own zello_world sample, which still linked /MDd and tripped lld-link's /failifmismatch on _ITERATOR_DEBUG_LEVEL in Debug builds.
