mainintomajor-10.0, bringing over five commits: the doc page rename to.mdx(#4684), a TypeScript CI change (#4688), and three dependency bumps.Three pages exist only on this branch, so no upstream change could rename them (md -> mdx). They are renamed here, with the five links pointing at them:

.mdon purpose. They are contributor notes kept out of the site by anexcludeentry that names the extension, so renaming them would publish them as pages.
