Summary
When Screenote is missing or absent from PATH, ask the user whether to install it or locate an existing installation, then resume the original task after approval and successful contract validation. Previously, the skills prohibited installation and left screenshot publication blocked even when setup was straightforward.
Reuse installation approval already given in the conversation. Authentication remains a separate setup step. The shared contract covers capture, snapshots, and feedback; the generated package manifest is refreshed.
