build:full reloads CoffeeScript in the same process, so the previous copy's Error.prepareStackTrace hook made the reloaded register skip patching. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Triggered only by publishing a GitHub Release, or by manualworkflow_dispatchfrommain. It never runs on merge. Release runs verify that the tag matches thepackage.jsonversion.repository.urlinpackage.jsonnormalized togit+https://github.com/jashkenas/coffeescript.gitso provenance matches the repo.After merging
coffeescript: GitHub Actions, ownerjashkenas, repocoffeescript, workflowrelease.yml, environment left blank. The first publish must succeed within 2 days of registering.v2.7.1targetingmain. This triggers the publish.
